Robert De Niro Celebrates
Halloween with Son Elliott

 HOSTBUSTERS,
the smash Halloween party at Doubles, was a blast. Doubles, the
private club in the Sherry Netherlands Hotel on Fifth Avenue was
festooned with black and orange balloons, rats and spider webs.
Guests included Mark
Gilbertson, Marc Biron, Phoebe Donham, Sarah McLurey, Harrison
LeFrak, Mary Van Pelt, Blair Husain, Jeffrey Bradfield, Sue Chalom,
Guy Hindley, Stephan Borynack, Chris Manice, Laura Henson, Bill
McKeever, Elija Schachter, Pia and Tom Murphy, Grace Kaynor, Jared
Goss, Pam Van Ingen, Andrea Donahue, and Lise Arliss.
Michael Haring,
who wore a bridal gown to the delight of his brand new fiancée, won
Wendy Carduner’s prize, a Pretty Woman video,
for the prettiest costume.

Earlier in the afternoon, more than 200 parents
and their children, in full costume, enjoyed the 26th
annual Ghosties + Goodies party.
Among the parents were Grace Hightower
and Robert DeNiro with their three-year-old son Elliott;
Joanne de Guardiola, Debbie Bancroft, Helen Schifter, Paul
and Dayssi Kanavos, and Jennifer Creel.
Wendy Carduner, the Doubles Club’s
guiding light, arranged comedians, magic acts, Sparkles the Clown,
disco dancing and treats.
