generous God’s Love We Deliver team and their supporters dropped
by the seventh floor of Bergdorf Goodman’s to celebrate the posh
New York department store’s new GLWD holiday shop.

with her husband Robert and son Christopher, greeted
guests including Helen Schifter, the artist Colette,
Ronald Frasch, Judy Peabody, Robert Burke, Michele Gerber Klein,
Jonathan Farkas, Katherine and Phyllis Rothman, Keith Berg,
Debbie Bancroft, Leonel Piraino, Jennifer Creel, Thomas Daubert,
Maggie Norris, Cary Modine, Diana Quasha, Susan Hayes, Ashley
McDermott, Marcy MacDonald and CeCe Cord.
Joan
Rivers hopped on a Vespa for pictures, which encouraged Nina Griscom to
place a bid big enough to win it at the silent auction.
Mark
Badgley
and James Mischka, Narciso Rodriguez, Lilly Pulitzer,
Burberry, LeSportsac, Harry Slatkin, Michael Kors, Carolina
Herrera, Celine, Lambertson Truex, Greg Jordan and Dennis
Basso were among the designers and companies that donated
luxurious items for the shop.
One
hundred per cent of the proceeds went to the organization
dedicated to preparing and delivering over 2,400 nutritious,
life-sustaining meals each weekday, free-of-charge, to men, women
and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious
illnesses. |
