Barry Hirsch Named
Lawyer of The Year

HE Beverly Hills Bar Association, with the largest entertainment law section in the world, bestowed its Entertainment Lawyer of the Year Award on Barry Hirsch. The presentation took place at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Caroline Raufi and Pamela Forster co-chaired the event, which benefits the education and community outreach programs of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Presented since 1989, the award had been given previously to Ken Ziffren, Jay Cooper, Tom Hansen, Stanton "Larry" Stein, Melanie Cook, Bruce Ramer and Frank Rothman.

Hirsch founded the law firm of Hirsch Wallerstein Hayum Matlof and Fishman three years ago. The firm represents many of Hollywood’s most prominent acting, directing, writing and producing talents, including Francis Ford Coppola, Julia Roberts and Jennifer Lopez.
