FTER years of residence in London, Joan Collins and husband Percy Gibson returned to their home in New York. And many of their friends came out to welcome them back with a rousing party at Club AER in Greenwich Village. Songwriter Neil Sedaka, Gilligan’s Island star Tina Louise, philanthropist Denise Rich, Daily News columnist Lloyd Groves, decorators Jill and Bobby Zarin and society columnist Catherine Saxton were among the adoring well-wishers.
The glamorous Collins, whom I last met in Los Angeles two decades ago when she starred as Alexis Carrington Colby in ABC’s Dynasty, looked as gorgeous as ever.
