Meantime Paula, a CNN anchor, has other concerns. She’s been trying to get an interview with the elusive Johnny Carson for the longest time. “I send him flowers, chocolates, telegrams – nothing. He did send me a nice letter, but no interview.” On behalf of the New York chapter of Einstein’s National Women’s Division, Paula presented awards also to New York Times correspondent Judith Miller, Broadway producer Daryl Roth (Proof), choreographer Susan Stroman (The Producers), and Dr. Lisa Sinsheimer of Weill Cornell University Medical College. |
