Chef Shalom Kadosh of the Sheraton Plaza Jerusalem brought a group of top Israeli colleagues to create a special dinner for the evening. Each one presented a different course. The Israelis were joined by such local culinary stars as Daniel Boulud of Restaurant Daniel, Rick Moonen of Oceana, Jean-Louis Palladin of Palladin, Don Pintabona of Tribeca Grill and David Burke of Park Avenue Café who produced original hors d’oeuvres. | The tasty dishes each one prepared in the kitchen were absolutely peerless – and kosher, too. At the end, all the star chefs paraded into the room, each one holding up his signature dessert.
